Accessibility Statement

Opens and Clicks is committed to delivering digital experiences that conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, satisfying the federal ADA Title II accessibility standard (WCAG 2.1 AA) as equivalent facilitation, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Conformance commitment

We design, build, and audit opensandclicks.com to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The standards we follow are documented in our internal conformance plan (available on request) and verified through automated axe-core scanning, WAVE manual scans, keyboard-only walkthroughs, and screen-reader testing on VoiceOver and NVDA.

Last conformance review: May 2026.

What we test

  • Color contrast on every text and UI element (AA minimum, AAA on body where feasible)
  • Keyboard parity on every interactive element with visible focus rings
  • Reduced-motion alternates for every animation
  • Screen-reader announcement of dynamic content via ARIA live regions
  • Form labels visible, error messages announced via aria-describedby
  • Touch targets meet WCAG 2.5.5 minimums on mobile
  • Skip-to-content link present and visible on focus

Known issues and remediation

We do not currently know of any unresolved Level AA accessibility issues on this site. If you discover one, please tell us using the contact below. We acknowledge reports within two business days and aim to respond with a remediation plan within ten business days.
