Service · Lifecycle Automation
Journey design from inquiry to alumni.
Lifecycle automation that maps the entire enrollment funnel and connects to the lifecycle after it. Awareness, inquiry, application, yield, enrolled, retention, alumni. Each stage gets a measurable outcome, a segmentation strategy, and an AMPscript journey that doesn't fall back to silent defaults.
The problem
Most journeys are touch sequences, not journeys.
A four-touch welcome series isn't a journey. A real lifecycle journey segments on intent, branches on engagement signals, integrates with the SIS and the CRM, and produces a measurable outcome at each stage. Programs that miss enrollment numbers usually have plenty of email going out. They just have no journey holding it together.
How we work
A repeatable four-step methodology.
01
Funnel mapping
Every stage from awareness through alumni, with the measurable outcome for each and the data dependencies each stage needs.
02
Journey architecture
Multi-touch journeys with segmentation by program, decision-stage, financial-aid status, and engagement signals. Branching logic documented end to end.
03
Build in SFMC or Pardot
Journey Builder canvases, Engagement Studio for Pardot, AMPscript or merge logic, integration with Slate or the SIS. Tested in staging before promotion.
04
Optimization loop
Subject-line tests, audience tests, content tests, sequenced. Each test has a hypothesis. Results feed back into the next quarter's roadmap.
